LOS ANGELES — LeBron James added another chapter to his legendary career on Wednesday night, recording his 20th triple-double of the season as the Los Angeles Lakers dominated the Golden State Warriors 118-105 at Crypto.com Arena.

The 40-year-old superstar finished with 28 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, showcasing the all-around brilliance that has defined his 22-year career. It was a masterful performance against a Warriors team fighting for playoff positioning.

"I just try to come out every night and do what's best for the team. Tonight, that meant getting everyone involved and controlling the tempo."

First Half Dominance

The Lakers came out of the gates firing, building a 15-point lead by halftime. LeBron set the tone early with pinpoint passing, finding Anthony Davis for easy buckets in the paint and Austin Reaves for open three-pointers on the wing.

Supporting Cast Steps Up

Anthony Davis was equally impressive, contributing 24 points and 10 rebounds while anchoring the Lakers' defense. The duo combined for 52 points and controlled the game on both ends of the floor.

Austin Reaves continued his breakout season with 18 points off the bench, including four crucial three-pointers in the third quarter that helped the Lakers extend their lead to 20 points.

Looking Ahead

The win improves the Lakers' record to 18-8, good for second place in the Western Conference. They'll look to continue their momentum when they host the Clippers on Saturday in the first of four "Battle of LA" matchups this season.

For the Warriors, it's back to the drawing board as they fall to 17-9. Stephen Curry led Golden State with 26 points but couldn't find enough help from his supporting cast to keep pace with the Lakers' balanced attack.
